I’m an entrepreneur, writer, and former professional chef.
Currently I’m leading marketing and business development at OpenDelta and I write a weekly-ish newsletter about food and cooking.
I also created myles.cooking, an AI-powered digital cookbook with all of my recipes and 80/20 Cooking, a place to learn to cook without recipes. Prior to that I spent time at Kollider, Multicoin Capital, and cooked professionally at Hartwood in Tulum.
A few things I’m interested in: food, cooking, holistic health, jiu jitsu, yoga, linguistics, and technology generally. I speak fluent Spanish and am currently learning Italian.
